Related to sunflowers, chamomile has been a favourite medicinal herb for hundreds of years. Our dried Organic Chamomile flowers are perfect to include in the Calm Me blend, which helps with relaxation and sleeping.

Aside from being incredibly beautiful and fragrant, lavender has many valuable health benefits. The purple flower is antiseptic, antispasmodic and antibacterial. It is also a relaxant and nerve tonic. This well known and easily identifiable herb is native to the western Mediterranean. Common medicinal uses include: remedy for tension headaches, calming, to treat insomnia, relieve stress, anxiety and depression.

Lemon balm is fast-growing, fragrant and resembles peppermint in appearance, native to southern Europe. Its strongly antiviral, antibacterial and aromatic. It’s also a digestive stimulant, an antidepressant, antihistamine and nerve tonic. Common medicinal uses include: assisting in allergy relief, mood lifting, relieves tension and anxiety. Great for stress-related disorders such as IBS and respiratory irritation.

Brewing instructions: Place a heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot, tea bottle or infuser and brew for 3-5+ minutes. Drink 1 – 4 cups daily or when needed.
